Welcome to our school community.

It is a joy and a privilege to serve as Executive Headteacher of Churchfield, a place where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to shine.

At Churchfield, our draft vision is simple yet transformative:

These values shape who we are and who we aspire to be. Rooted in our Christian foundation, we are inspired by the words of St Paul:

This reminds us that every act - every moment of learning, kindness, courage, and service -  holds value and purpose. It encourages our whole community to give their best, grow in character, and live with hope.

We believe every child carries a unique spark. Our role is to nurture that spark so every pupil feels safe, loved, confident, and ready to shine their light in the world. Through curiosity, creativity, reflection, and compassion, we help children become not just successful learners, but generous, thoughtful, and resilient people.
