Our Vision
Believe. Care. Transform
At Churchfield, our vision is simple, powerful and deeply rooted in who we are:
Believe in yourself
- We believe every child and adult has a special spark — unique, God-given and full of possibility. We believe in their potential and their capacity to grow, flourish and achieve great things.
- We encourage every child and adult to recognise their strengths, take risks, persevere and understand that they can grow and achieve more than they imagined.
Care for others
- We care deeply for one another.
- We nurture, support and champion every member of our community so they feel safe, loved and valued.
- We build a community grounded in kindness, empathy and respect.
- We look out for one another, celebrate differences and choose compassion in our words and actions.
Transform our world
- With faith, courage and compassion, we seek to transform lives within our school, our community and our world.
- We aspire to raise young people who act with hope, kindness and responsibility as stewards of the Earth.
- We empower children to see themselves as difference-makers — in the classroom, in their community and in the wider world.
- Through stewardship, responsibility and moral courage, we help them understand that they can have a real and positive impact.
This vision guides every moment of school life. It calls us to believe in ourselves, care for others and transform the world together.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create classrooms where children achieve more than they think possible. Adults are empowered and supported to reach their highest aspirations too, so that everyone in our community can live life in all its fullness (John 10:10).
